  1. The Russians leaving are the very well educated and middle to upper middle class, who are abandoning their skilled jobs in Russia, this will further the economic decline in Russia. The minority regions of the Russian Federation in the east are having violent protests. Putin’s military heavily recruited from the minority ethnic areas in the east with a high unemployment with promises of high pay. The only ones left in these minority ethnic areas are now forced to leave, causing a rapid economic decline and hardship.
