It looked like the Russian BM-21 Grad 122 mm rocket launcher was attacked by Ukrainian ground troops. It didn’t appear to be hit by artillery fire or from kamikaze drone. The shock waves can be seen from the explosion of the multiple rocket fuel going off at the same time.

@nightjarflying I see the white downward flash. I didn't know that the Ukrainians could laser target with their drones. Some other channels are saying it was a HIMARS strike.
