  1. The Boeing 747-8 is the last series of 747 to be made. The carrier Atlas Air flies cargo flights with some passenger charter; other news outlet said it was a cargo flight. Since it was an engine fire, the GE engines and Atlas Air maintenance records will be looked at more closely then the Boeing 74-8 air frame.
