  1. The Russian general's inspection in the battle zone had happen before with Russian "Cannon Fodder" being hit by HIMARS. It seems the Russians never learn from their mistakes. In both cases it appears to have been Russians using their mobile phones organizing the gathering for the general's inspection near the front lines.
