  1. Ukrainian flying team work in action, the lead jet firing off flare and chaff to cover for the trailing jet. The trailing jet would then take the lead jet position and fire off his flare and chaff to cover for the other jet allowing maximum use of their limited flare and chaff cover against Russian MANPADs.

  2.  @WinterXR7  The Russians say a lot of false claims. Both sides fly the Su-25 in combat. The Russians usually fly outside of the front lines and just lob their unguided rockets before returning to base. If the Su-25 wasn't near the front lines it was behind the lines in Russian territory and could have been a Russian Su-25 friendly fire incident by the Russians.
