@MenBehavingBadly. In the July 30th Russian Navy day ship parade in Saint Petersburg, they’ll be no Northern Fleet nuke subs. Russian news are saying it is because of maintenance and training scheduling, but it’s more likely to keep the nuke subs under tighter security since Wagner is based in Saint Petersburg.
