It looks like a Russian wire guided anti-armor missile. The bad part is having to maintain aim on your target with your upper body outside and not break the wire; an easy target for dismounted enemy infantry when they see the fire flash. The West still uses them but with the gunner inside the vehicle operating it remotely.

@springbloom5940 You normally don't train your mobilized soldiers on outdated equipment they will not be using in combat, it will confuse them in actual combat.

@springbloom5940 The basic operation is using two hands to control the missile. You can see the anti-tank missile deployed on the ground has a large knob on the back.

On the close up, you can see the attached wire guide on the outer cover.

@springbloom5940 Yes, I said that in my first post that it was wire guided. It is not remote in the sense that the gunner has to be right next to the tube launcher and not remotely away.
