The UK Storm Shadow stealth cruise missile is launched with the US ADM-160 Miniature Air-Launched Decoy (MALD). The ADM-160 MALD sends out signals confusing the Russian air defense systems that there are multiple cruise missiles attacking. The small air explosion in the sky is the decoy being destroyed, while the big explosion on the ground is the Storm Shadow hitting its target.

@springbloom5940 The size and color of the flames shows that it was caused by secondary explosions of military stores. Other videos shows massive fires.
