  1. The Javelin is s shoot and forget weapon, once fired the gunner has no further control. The gunner is trained to quickly move to another firing position to avoid fire from the enemy. The Russians appear not to have any counter measures plans or are poorly trained to fight against the anti-tank hunter teams.
