Kaliningrad can still receive goods from Russia by sea, but not through rail through the EU. Russia has put a naval blockade around the Ukrainian port of Odessa, keeping grains from going to the to the rest of the world causing a potential famine.

@natakhomyakova6996 Russia had invaded a peaceful Ukraine and kill innocent civilians. Russian had bombed the port of Odessa preventing grain from leaving and mined the waters around Odessa in the Black Sea.
