The heavy machine gunner isn’t leaning into the butt stock and the other Russian separatist has to hold down the tri-pod exposing him to counter fire. They are both wearing “Tennis Shoes” instead of Russian issued combat boots. The anti-tank missile crew is on a roof top and is silhouetted against the skyline and is also wearing tennis shoes. The sniper team is firing with a noise suppresser greatly reducing its range while indoors. And the spotter is wearing netting indoors, while the shooter isn’t.
