  1. The Russian BM-27 Uragan (Hurricane) is from the 1970s Cold War era. Its accuracy is very poor and is used by the Russians on stationary targets like towns and cities, unlike the HIMARS that can hit a single road lane on a bridge or a small car with a single rocket; with the new Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) it can hit a moving target 60 to 499 kilometers away with a seeker head.

  3.  @chance2929  Not really, the old style rockets have to be loaded manually and is time consuming. The Russians abandoned huge stockpiles of the rockets to the Ukrainians, who also uses them, when they retreated or their rocket depots were destroyed by HIMARS.
