  1. Somebody wanted to make a very public statement. They could have placed a bomb in his car without revealing who had placed it, instead of having a woman giving the bomb in public. This also could be a Russian “False Flag” incident to drum up support for the Russian invasion. The Russians were quick to identify that the explosive was TNT so quickly said it was in the statue given by a woman.
