At the beginning of the Russian invasion, there was a NATO intelligence report that the Russian wheeled vehicles were breaking down because of the poorly made tires that were mounted on them. The Russian officers were so corrupted that they were buying cheaply made Chinese tires instead of the military grade tires and pocketing the money.

@kaasmeester5903 The Russian corruption and money graft payment to top officials is so ingrained into their society’s psyche from their Soviet era of living that it has become a way of living; the ordinary Russian citizens think nothing about it.
