  1. The “Montreux Convention allows Turkey to restrict the movement of Russian warships passing through the Bosporus and Dardanelles Straits in Turkey during war. Russian warships are allowed to leave the Black Sea through the straits, but can NOT re-enter into the Black Sea. The Ukrainians were making one last attempt to sink the warship before it was out of their reach. The Ukrainian drone speed boat on the surface could not damage an underwater sea floor pipeline; it’s just another Russian propaganda
