  1. Putin must be paranoid with the assassination of one of his loyal military inner circles. A cabal of oligarchs could be chipping away his loyal military generals and replace them with their own loyal generals to get to him. Oligarchs have been falling out of high-rise buildings or mysteriously died in accidents if they shown any rebellion to Putin.

  2. With Putin’s history of corruption and greed rampant in Russia, any Russian could have been paid by the Ukrainian agents to make and plant the bomb.
