  1. The Russian military equipment is poorly maintained (rusted and paint chipping) which puts doubt on the condition of the barrels if they are clean and sighted in. The Russians also doesn’t give their armored vehicle crews tanker boots but full laced up combat boots. Watching the video you can see how different the military philosophy is between the West and Russia in just the little things.
