The Russian Pantsir-1S anti-aircraft unit have both missiles and two rapid firing 30mm guns. It must have broken down and abandon by the crew, since it was alone on the road with no valuable assets to protect against drones, cruise missiles and attack aircraft. It should have been able to detect the drone flying as spotter for the artillery. Russian equipment seems to have a habit of breaking down and being abandon by their crew.

@georgebarret6458 Why would the Pantsir-1S crew park their unit on a very narrow road on a bend in the road with trees on either sides blocking the radar coverage and both missile and 30mm gun firing zones unless it broke down on the road. The video only shows the final artillery shell hitting Pantsir-1S, no telling how many shells were fired.
