  1. There were videos of Russian civilians watching and taking videos of the Storm Shadow cruise missiles flying low over the city before striking the navy command center. The cruise missiles have a two stage warhead, one blow a hole to enter the building and the other detonates deep within the building. The Ukrainian intelligence waited until there was the maximum amount of senior navy officers in the building during the day. In the attack on the dry docks they waited for night to avoid civilian dry dock workers.
