  1. A normal mortar unit is made up of three soldiers, the mortar leader, the gunner, and the loader. Looks like the Ukrainian Special Forces used an 81 mm mortar as a sniper with only two soldiers hiding under a tree with only trajectory cleared with a max ring charge load to get close enough to takeout two Russian 120 mm mortars and their ammo storage.
