  1. The ISIS gunmen targeted the victim and assassinated him in a church with other people. The first ISIS gunmen killed the victim, while the second gunmen covered him with his gun as they both escaped. This appears to not have been a terrorist attack to inflict widespread fear, but a plan assassination on a single individual; otherwise they both would have fired indiscriminately as soon as they both rushed in.
