  1. It looked like during construction digging they uncovered a WW2 bomb dropped by air on land and towed it out in open waters to explode it underwater, instead of an anti-ship mine.

If the essential facts were that there were two explosives found a land bomb and an anti-ship mine, it was an omission by the Sun. A video of a ship pulling a float out into the water with a video of a land bomb underwater and then an explosion and video of a bomb found at a construction site which was an omission of the Sun and showed poor journalism.
