In the West, the rocket motors are tested separate from the assembled rocket in stationary rocket motor test stand and then assemble with the rocket. The Chinese decided to skip a step to save money and tested the motors on an assemble rocket; it didn’t work!

@demuszulu4863 Both China and Russia have way cheaper newly manufactured civilian airplanes that they keep trying to sell to the third-world countries. Even with the Chinese and Russian government massive discounts and cheap loans, they would still rather buy a used Boeing jet.

It has static-firing test facilities for solid-rocket motors and system test facilities for liquid-oxygen and liquid-hydrogen engines.
