  1. The Russian exchange prisoners were newly surrendered conscripts in the Kursk invasion. The Russian conscripts were reportedly sent back to their bases to be issued weapons and sent to the Kursk frontlines. By Russian law, conscripts cannot fight in Ukraine and can only fight on Russian soil.
