Putin tried to fight a state against state war with his Russian military against a weaker Ukrainian army that is eight times weaker and right across the border. Because of the corruption, political bribery, and incompetence instigated by Putin, in both the government and military, he fails to conquer Ukraine. Putin is a terrorist and only knows how to terrorize a civilian population; he has been doing it for years and has gone back to his old ways.
