@TheChopf26 The lower federal courts would have to decide the case. The US Appellate court would have to decide whether the lower court ruling was right and take the case or not. Then the US Supreme Court has the option of reviewing the case. Trump has a losing record with the US Supreme Court.

@guybeingaguy The founding fathers purposely made adding an amendment to the Constitution hard to avoid a few politicians adding amendments for political reasons.

@wisconsinman3590 It isn’t about illegal immigrants; it’s about birth rights per the US Constitution. A person born on American territory is a US citizen. You should read the US Constitution.

@wisconsinman3590 If the US Supreme Court “…does whatever Trump wants…”, the United States is rule by a dictator and not the US Constitution and not by rule of law.

All people born or naturalized in the United States are citizens per the 14th Amendment which made all former slaves US citizens after the Civil War.
