  1. Trump has already made an appeal bond to the first civil case of $5 m. The appeal bond is the actual judgment plus interest to be held by the courts until the appellate courts rule on the case. He needs to have another appeal bond for the $83.3 m if he appeals this case. He would need a third appeal bond for the NY business fraud case of $370 m when the penalty judgment is made next week.
