  1. Humanitarian aid in natural disasters, you first have to establish a security zone with soldiers to maintain order before you unload relief supplies to control the civilians. In a war zone where the armed combatants don’t wear military uniforms, than an air drop of relief supplies are done like France, United Emirates, Egypt, Jordan, and the USA did to prevent getting attacked.

  2.  @Homesteadturcke  Like the “Bay of Pigs’ fiasco in 1961 President Eisenhower authorized the operation and the new incoming Kennedy administration when along with it. The Afghanistan evacuation wasn’t decided overnight or on a whim with the incoming Biden administration, early preparation had been underway under the Trump administration. It was based on poor intelligence and politics from the Trump administration saying it was a drain on US economy; Trump had said earlier he would get out if he were elected.
