  1. There is the Air Traffic Controller (ATC) recording of the accident on the Internet. The ATC informed the chopper pilot of the jet on final approach. The chopper pilot said it was insight and requested to cross behind the jet. The jet is in front and perpendicular to the chopper, instead of going behind, he hit it on the right side of the jet. It appears that the military chopper pilot might have had night spatial vision effect and lost spacing, which happens when using night vision goggles where some depth perception is lost.
