  1. Trump caught on a tape recording admitting having classified documents and knowing that it was illegal is hilarious. His aides who were recoding can also be heard laughing and saying they have a problem now. It’s like the “Stupid Criminal” videos you see on You Tube recording their crime for posterity for the entire world to see.

The FBI and DOJ were able to get a federal judge to use the exceptions to the lawyer-client privilege which includes planning an ongoing crime and imminent harm, (i.e. destroying evidence) and force Evan Corcoran to turnover his copious amount of notes about what Trump had told him about his illegal activity. Evan Corcoran is listed as attorney 1 in the indictment.

  3. How bad is the case against Trump? As soon as the Feds gave Trump’s lead lawyers, James Trusty and John Rowley, the summons to appear, Trump went on the offensive. Trump went on the internet and told the world. James Trusty hit the news media route and went on spewing political “Red Meat” to the GOP MAGA and had said nothing about the law and this was just a political vendetta. He was just trying to taint the jury pool with political nonsense. After the Trump’s lawyer’s media blitz, the Feds dropped the hammer and released the full indictment. Both his lead lawyers, James Trusty and John Rowley, quit that same day.
