  2.  @GrizzleyBruin  A reputable news organization will not print a child’s name without the parents' approval. I assume that the parents wanted to reach out to the public and tell them how bad the situation is becoming in Texas and gave the paper their approval to print their baby’s name so that other parents won‘t have to feel the pain they must be feeling.
