What was stripped out from the evidence used in the indictment was conversations he had with elected officials or government employees directly involved with White House that might be considered part of his official duties. The conversations he had with his campaign officials or campaign workers paid by his campaign and not by the government is not part of the official government work and can be used against him.

  2.  @runits  It was enough evidence in the new charges that another federal grand jury re-indicted him with the other testimony taken out because of the US Supreme Court ruling.
