  1. The top five US states with the highest positivity testing rate for COVID 19 are states with lower population compared to the higher populated states. The one common thing is the five states have Republican governors. They live in less populated agricultural areas outside of the big cities, not like the big cities of the West and East coasts. In the big cities it’s hard to keep your distance from one another. My GOD! What are these people doing? The five highest positivity testing rate states are; 1) Wyoming (92.9%), 2) South Dakota (55.9%), 3) Iowa (50.2%), 4) Kansas (43.4%), and 5) Idaho (43.7%).
