  1. The Russian retreat shows the corruption and graft in the Russian military high command and Russian government bureaucracy on supplying material and training. Putin’s Russian oligarchs and Generals have been stealing money from the country and providing substandard military equipment and training, while buying multi-million dollar villas and multi-million dollar yachts in Western countries. Putin will just be sending more under trained and under equipped reserve troops as “Cannon Fodder” to try and stay in power.
