@hieyeque1 It's a private company that less then three weeks is on the brink of bankruptcy. Elon even posted a tombstone with the twitter logo over the headstone. It's not once side or the other, it's what's true.

@hieyeque1 Freedom of the press is to prevent the US Government interfering with free speech or censorship on individuals and companies. Individuals can spread rumors and lies, but not slander or libel people or companies done with malice. Civil courts prevent slander and libel by having a jury and a judge determine guilty or innocence and monetary penalties; there is no State or Federal prosecutors, just private attorneys on both sides. That’s is how Alex Jones lost his civil lawsuits in Texas and Connecticut and why Trump‘s cronies have civil lawsuits against because of their 2020 election lies.

@hieyeque1 Trump is not listed as a defendant in the lawsuits on the 2020 elections, his cronies like the "Pillow Man", Fox News hosts and his private attorneys are. Both state and federal courts have ruled on Trump's 2020 election lawsuits as having no merit on the 2020 election.

@hieyeque1 Elon musk has eliminated most of the HR department and other check and balance offices within twitter and not replaced them as with an independent group. Elon Musk is the only one who says what is true, there is no check on his opinion or any other peoples' opinion of twitter
