  1. It was a Boiling Liquid Expanding Vapor Explosion (BLEVE) based on looking at the video. It must have been a propane tanker truck that caught on fire by the size of the destruction. The propane tanker truck’s safety relief valve couldn’t handle the amount of pressure and the propane tanker metal body failed releasing the propane vapor cloud that ignited.

  2.  @samadhoosen6014  It was a very bad sign not knowing the height of your propane tanker truck and the bridge clearance height. There apparently wasn't any kind of emergency procedure in place. First rule is don't do anything that can cause more harm.

  3. @SAT The first explosion was the leaking gas that had some how ignited and became a blowtorch flame shooting out from the still intact metal tanker. The second explosion was the total metal failure releasing a cloud of LPG that created an explosive air burst.
