  1. It was a Navy P-8A Poseidon, a sub hunter, based on the Boeing 737. It landed in the rain on a wet runway. The pilot either miss-judge the wet runway conditions or the plane’s anti-skid unit for the tires failed or wasn’t set for the wet runway or the plane‘s reverse thrust reversers failed.

  4. @WildRebel69 Like you said 9 times out of 10, no one knows until the investigation is complete. As a veteran you should know to follow the rules and wait until the investigation report is issued.
