  1. The operation of the gondola required guests to enter at bottom and the resort employee opens the door at the top. The employee at the top allowed the guest to enter at the top without informing the employee at the bottom that a guest had entered the gondola. The employee at the top then skied down the mountain to end his shift and the employee at the bottom shutdown the operation of the gondola. It was negligence on the part of resort management on how they operated the gondola and it’s ripe for a civil lawsuit.
