  1. The chopper should have slowed down or circled until the jet landed instead of trying to cross behind the jet at the same altitude.

  2.  @MinnieAbdulRahman  It was also reported that the chopper pilot was restricted to flying 200 ft and below over the river but was flying at 350 ft. If he was flying at his assigned altitude even if he mistook another jet, he wouldn’t have hit the jet.
