@MrLoobu Normal car glass isn’t easy to shatter when hitting the water. In a lot of vehicle recovery from water crashes, the people drown in their vehicles when they lost electrical power and couldn’t open the windows. They also couldn’t open their car doors until the water pressure equaled the outside water pressure, by then it was too late.

@MrLoobu The truck rolled over into the water at a slow rate putting equal pressure over a large surface area. Normally, to shatter the glass you need to exert a lot of pressure in a small area. You see police officers trying to shatter the side windows with their batons after repeated hits before they shatter the side window. @MrLoobu If you rolled your vehicle on dry land, the twisting force on the vehicle body would easily shatter the side windows. Or even a protruding small surface rock on the ground could exert enough force in a small area of the glass to shatter it. I assume your accident was on dry land.
