Bicycling is an aerobic exercise that increases the heart rate and exercises the pulmonary system; it is particularly effective at lowering blood pressure and reducing anxiety which result in decreasing the episodes of anger. I guess for the bicycling overweight police officer he wasn’t putting much exercise effort in to lower his anger issues.
