  1. Currently US Federal Prosecutors have a 95% conviction rate either by guilty plea or jury guilty verdict because of their due diligence in obtaining evidence before filing any charges. The two other defendants charged with Bannon in the federal case pleaded guilty and Trump pardoned only Bannon. The evidence collected by the DOJ can be used in the state trial; his cohorts can testify against Bannon to avoid being charged by the state.
