  1. Over turning Trump's conviction would have to be based on either a wrong interpretation of New York law or the judge’s handling of the trial. It would be difficult to over rule the conviction by a higher court.

  3. Trump’s nightmare prediction was about him! The Georgia RICO case would continue if he somehow got elected and would cause a Constitution crisis having a sitting President standing trial in a state court and be possibly convicted! Trump can’t pardon himself against state charges!
