@rramsey9154 The intact lower ballistic missile body could be due a failed missile launch by the Russians. It had been reported that due to shoddy manufacturing, maintenance, and training, there were up to 60% failure rate on Russian weapons. The upper explosive war head didn’t detach from the rocket engine after exhausting all of the fuel as designed and the warhead came down with the rocket body caused aerodynamic drag slowing the missile and detaching the war head closer to the ground and separating to explode a short distance away from the nearly intact rocket engine body.

@annan7728 Since both sides use similar weapons, both regular military units and insurrectionist units, it would be easy to for a "False Flag" scenario by using captured weapons. Analysis of firing location and weapon history ownership and who was present at the launch location is required.
