It’s a fact that Trump has a hard time obtaining competent lawyers. It’s a fact that Trump’s lawyers failed to request a civil jury trial instead of an automatic civil bench trial with only the judge determining the case. It’s a fact that Trump and his lawyers are bad mouthing the judge that will determine the amount of penalties.

The judge based on documents has already ruled that the Trump LLCs committed fraud. The bench trial will mainly determine the extent of the fraud and amount of penalties to impose. All monies obtain fraudulently will be confiscated. For example, Trump used the overvalued properties of his to obtain a low interest NY bank loan to obtain the lease on the old post office building in DC and later sold the lease at a $100M profit, which will be confiscated as profit gotten by fraud.

@Littleangel_-jp4xb The judge didn't rule on it yet, and only a small portion of the charges. The fraud charges the judge ruled on earlier still holds dissolving his LLCs in NY.

@Littleangel_-jp4xb The judge already ruled that the LLCs will go into receivership in 30 days with an independent third party to devolve the LLCs. Trump most certainly will file an appeal, but his chances are slim to none on winning on appeal with the documentary evidence.
