And about 45 percent say they ask potential hires to sit through polygraph exams…” 10 Jun 2022. I guess Virginia is in the the less 10% that’s hires people without.

@anntrejo If the tests were administrated, then the personnel doing the evaluation of the psych and poly comes into question in Virginia. The tests must have cached and disqualified a lot people that you don't hear about, and only one that had slipped through.

@Agent00Soul No test is 100% accurate, that's why you get the term "False Positive or False Negative" from. It's just a screening tool to provide raw data to a human evaluator with years of experience some information to make a judgement. People with a certain level of security clearance are required to take both the psych and poly periodically to maintain their security level clearance.

@Agent00Soul I'm not trying to convince you they work. All I said was that the are still use by the Feds and police force. They are not admissible in a court of law.
