  1. It’s becoming like the big hurricane in Texas years ago where people leaving late were caught in a monster traffic jam and either ran out of gas or overheated their cars. They either started to abandon their cars blocking others or started driving on the wrong side of the highway. Texas started the contraflow lanes making all lanes leaving and none entering the hurricane zone after this incident.
