  1. It’s a bipartisan agreement since there is no majority party in Congress to carry over the funding to keep the government running until March when a new budget is introduced. It was a done deal until Trump at the last minute stopped it. In baseball it would be called a self-inflicted or unforced error by Trump to cause this mess.

  2.  @Martytroutman  Shutdown the federal air traffic controllers, TSA, and transporting system and ground the airlines. Stop federal insurance to hospitals. There are a lot of things that will be shutdown. FDA food inspection will be stopped so food cost will rise.
