  1. The submersible Titan was the largest carbon fiber pressure vessel for deep diving. There was no third party inspection or certification on the carbon fiber hull. They refuse to have deep submersible association inspect the vessel. One of the few certification labels was the X-box game controller, it had an EU CE certifying it was built, manufactured and tested to EU standards.
