@glenforde6558 In America, everyone is innocent until a jury determines their guilty or innocence. Any search and seizing of evidence must be with a warrant from a judge. I remember the crazy MAGA cult yelling “LOCK HER UP!” at the Trump rallies without any charges being made by any law enforcement.

@glenforde6558 Trump’s GOP “Big Lie” was that the most monitored and secured election in US history, because of the 2016 Russian interference, had been rigged by the Democrats and stolen from Trump. Trump’s elected GOP Congressmen and Senators tried to stop the certification of the election to put their cult leader in office, the office that he was voted out of by the American people. Trump’s GOP tried to put their cult leader in as “Dictator” with no laws. Trump’s GOP is again trying to “Gaslight” the public saying that the January 6 insurrection never happened. Trump’s GOP House leader has stacked the select House committee investigating the insurrection with GOP congressmen who voted against certifying the presidential election results which flamed the GOP insurrection.

@glenforde6558 No charges or evidence, just hearsay not permissible in a court of law. FISA judges acted within the law based on submitted briefs. Law enforcement submitted the briefs, under the Trump administation.
